Accent Town Planning is home to your leading town planner and is based in Jindabyne, Snowy Mountains. We are leading experts in all things planning and have extensive knowledge of the local DCP as well as legislation that could be affecting your development.
In addition to our town planner, we’re also accredited by the Fire Protection Association and are listed with the NSW Rural Fire Service as a registered Bushfire Consultant. Therefore, we can also assist you with bushfire assessment reports to determine the Bushfire Attack Level of your property.
Our personalised and passionate approach to the building approval process has resulted in our team providing efficient, simple and custom tailored service to all of our clients.
From our Snowy Mountains location, the majority of our projects are undertaken in the surrounding Snowy Monaro Regional Council area as well as the NSW Ski Resorts. Likewise, our location allows us to also service the neighbouring Bega Valley Shire Council area too. In addition to this, we also undertake medium density commercial/residential projects in Sydney and surrounding suburbs.
